A phrase used to explain the disturbed mental state one is in, mostly used by college/grad students whom have studied far past the healthy mental limit. commonly associated with bouts of anxiety and or franticness.

There is a big difference between the words "spooky" and "creepy." Spooky can't hurt you. Creepy can and probably will. Goth is not "Creepy." It's "Spooky." rubber bats are not "creepy." They're "spooky."
