Knee ko is a term coined by a new member on mmaforum named "sudnvictory". It's a clever spin off of the commonly used term tko, meaning technical knockout. Apparently "sdv", who's name I've condensed, felt it necessary to create a new thread about this 'groundbreaking' new term after only having 4 posts. Now his reputation is shattered and he will be the butt end of every joke, relieving 'Tito-Fan' of his duties. But even through all these hardships from other members, the staff, and mods he still manages to stake claim to his term without waivering.
