Commonly used in Middle-high school. Someone will run their hand up another persons leg, personifying the hand as a fire truck. When the person wants them to stop (usually at the privates or thigh) they will say “Redlight” However, fire trucks don’t stop for red lights, so the person will keep going until forcibly stopped
1: “Hey, wanna play the firetruck game?”
2: “What’s that?”
1: “I’ll run my hand up your leg and you say redlight when you want me to stop”
2: “Sure”
...
2: “Redlight!!”
1: “Firetrucks don’t stop for red lights”
2: “What’s that?”
1: “I’ll run my hand up your leg and you say redlight when you want me to stop”
2: “Sure”

2: “Redlight!!”
