The hand is held as if to open a doorknob and is repeatedly thrust onto the head of the other partner's penis. An uncomfortable experience, oftentimes considered a sign of inexperience.

By using a cute term in place of what is often considered the rudest word in the English language, it is possible to take the power away from the word, and to eventually take it back for all to say in regular conversation.
