A nickname for Roxborough, a neighborhood in Northwestern Philadelphia, a/k/a Illadelph. It is surrounded by the neighborhoods of Manayunk, East Falls, Germantown, West Mount Airy, and Chestnut Hill.
My boys and I were hanging out in Manayunk. Then, we decided to shoot up to some chick's place in The Boro.

In JDM terminology, and heavily influenced in the Drifting community, a car can be termed "boro" when it is unkept, dirty, or in bad condition. This is, however, seen as a positive.
