A way to say you're upset about something. Almost like you wanted to have sex but you got denied. Also when you get ignored or stood up you would be blown or blowed.

Blows means heroin, blow means cocaine. They are two totally different things. It has to have the "s" on it to mean heroin. Everyone knows blow is cocaine in powder form. In urban areas Blows mean bags of heroin.
