A word used to describe drunkards (usually from the southern bits of America; Texas, Alabama, or someplace similar). Ten Gallon can also refer to a type of cowboy hat, typically seen in movies. Most Texas Ten Gallons are also obese and speak in such a thick southern accent that attempting to decipher them would be near impossible.
Tourist 1: Oh man, Texas! I'm so excited!
Tourist 2: I see some Texas Ten Gallons already.. damn drunkards.
