Also known as The Pale Man, is a Japanese urban legend, it means eyes of hand or hand eyes. The legend starts with an old man who's blind, and one day he was being beaten to death, but because he was blind he never saw his attackers, and once they left him and he was dying, he wished for eyes on his hands so he can find his attackers. The Pale Man came back as a vengeful ghost and seeked revenge, it is said that if he sees anyone they are going to die, no matter if they were the attackers or not, because Tenome is blinded by such anger, he only cares about one thing, to kill.
