A ten faced bitch is bipolar in nature and has a schizophrenic like personality. A ten faced bitch will pretend to be nice in order to achieve acceptance. They will say what they really feel the next minute regardless of a person's feelings.
Noreen said that she was so happy about my relationship with John. Ten minutes later Noreen told a friend that she had just screwed John in the bathroom while I ate dessert. Noreen is a ten faced bitch.
