Temperature is the concept of the amount of heat energy in a given volume and is measured in the unit °C, celsius, and °F, fahrenheit which uses a different scale from celsius. Celsius is a commonly used unit that generally sees usage in the european countries, while fahrenheit is generally used in the USA. Temperature is, in everyday use, used to define if it's hot or cold outside with a standpoint in either water's freezing temperature, a human's comfortable temperature range or other. A high temperature can be defined as "hot" while a low temperature can be defined as "cold". A increase in temperature can be defined as something getting "warmer", while a decrease in temperature can be defined as something getting "colder".
Person 1: "It's pretty cold outside today... What is the temperature?"
Person 2: "Its -10 degrees."
Person 1: "That's a pretty low temperature."
Person 2: "Yeah. I would wish it could get warmer."

Temperature chemistry is the most important attribute in relationships. It is important that if you're hot ;) your significant other is cold to bring balance into the relationship. That is how you know you are meant for each other. Same if you're cold your partner can comfort you if their temperature is hot that is what you call temperature chemistry.
We have amazing temperature chemistry!

when trying to get a substance, typically water, to the desired temperature but instead fail to do so resulting in the temperature being both too cold and too hot, like the temperature of water at most waterparks
Bro: "Dude, this morning, the friggin shower was stuck at waterpark temperature for like 15 minutes"
Dude: "Bro that sucks"
Dude: "Bro that sucks"

Working temperature varies from subfreezing to high 100°F (over 40°C), but no matter what the working temperature is - you've got to go to work.
