Loud Cell-Phone user. One who talks on their cell-phone in a loud manner. One who keeps their volume very high when using their cell-phone. One that receives an absurd amount of texts and phone calls, that all makes noises from the cell-phone, without the thought off turning their ringing off to preserve to quietness of the environment.
My mom is a telbalongus when she uses her phone because it is always so loud and distracting when I am trying to do something else.
