A small Middle Eastern/North African boy with a large upper body and wafer-thin legs, somewhat resembling an orange on two cocktail sticks. He would have a forehead so hairy it must be shaved daily. A "Tawaf" boy remains mollycoddled by parental figures and carries lunch boxes of food prepared daily by the parental figures to ensure he does not get hungry throughout the day. A pleasant but simple person.
