A Tardatarium is a special place for really stupid people to live. It's kind of like a retard-house and kind of like a jail because people are not allowed to leave. It's where the most ignorant retards can be amounst their own kind.
Let's go down to the Tardatarium and laugh at the retards. I heard Erica works in the cafeteria at the Tardatarium.
