Small, weak or otherwise insufficient human beings who wear excessive amounts of TapouT clothing in order to appear tough. Could also be described as a "walking billboard for TapouT." This does not refer to TapouT fans or fight fans who only own 1 or 2 TapouT items.
Person 1: That guy must be a tough fighter because he's dressed head-to-toe in TapouT gear.
