The act of stating "that's all folks" to a certain individual when a story reaches a point of boredom for the opposite side.
Person 1: So I went to the store and bought lemons, peppers, grapes, oranges, and tampons. It was super fun but then the cashier was all 'hey why are you staring at my name tag?' and i just laughed in her face.....
Person 2: (yawns)
Person 1: and.....THATS ALL FOLKS!
Person 2: (awakened) What?
Person 1: You've just been taffed.
Person 2: (yawns)
