A person who goes into an inner-city area known for street drug dealing with the sole intention of purchasing narcotics. Known as switches because they will buy from the first dealer they encounter instead of consumating a previously arranged drug deal. Police officers will look for young, "suburban" looking caucasians driving through areas they would typically not frequent.
"Last night I bagged up fifty bags of re-rock in hopes that some switches would drive down the avenue."
