An uneducated young man or woman who frequents gas stations, sometimes several times a day, in order to buy cigars to roll their marijuana with. The name "Swissa" derives from the buying of blunts, generally Swisher Sweets, and the person's blunt, rude way of asking for the item from the store clerk.
