If they aren’t, validate their feelings and see if there is any way to help. Also, don’t forget to also take care of yourself and your own mental health time month. :D

Suicide prevention month is on September, many people say its “no simp September” as a joke. When this month really isn’t. It’s disgusting to see people joke about this month, people need to get a new sense of humor.
