Straggot is used by a large number of the Alt TikTok community to get back at primarily straight white men for something they most likely had no part in (that being the extreme prejudice and discrimination of homosexuals many years ago). It is not used to describe a homophobic straight person as many claim, in fact it seems that the only quality to beIng a straggot is to be straight.
