this part of scv has 2 parts, the rich side and the nasty side. the rich sides are Westridge and Southern Oaks and the top of poe pkwy. everywhere else is just wannabe rich ppl with no culture at all. anything below stevenson ranch pkwy is shitty. crackheads are LITERALLY everywhere, i actually got attacked by one like a week ago. cop sirens are always passing by and it echos thru all the mountains. its not safe like people say it is, break ins happen all the time, the only safe parts are westridge and southern oaks and even those places have alot of break ins. again, its 50% mexican and african american and the other half is white supremacist
