A form of graffiti using stencils, of either images, words or a combination of both. Most people cut thier own stencils by hand. The stencil is then held up to a flat surface or stuck to it with spray adhesive and then spray paint is sprayed over the stencil leaving a print on the surface.

Intelligence agency term for "psychological operation". A government or corporate-sponsored operation, usually taking the form of a "terrorist attack" or "crazed gunman on a spree", with the intent of panicking the public into demanding more police and laws inhibiting freedom. Psyops are usually carried out by drugging a civilian or group of civilians with aggression-promoting drugs, psyching them up, arming them, and sending them out to commit mayhem. A form of graffit where you cut out a picture on a cardboard and put up against the wall and sprayed with paint. creating a perfect print like image.
