A neighborhood in the southern area of the City Of Charlotte, North Carolina. Since this neighborhood has no HOA, some homes look like shit with lawns full of weeds and car parts. Other homes are beautiful and have been maintained very well considering the homes were built in the 60's. Neighborhood is built next to city's light rail system, and has its own church, school, and even car dealership in or near the neighborhood. Overall, a pretty good place to live if you want to spend less than 500K in Charlotte.
You can tell Starmount was built in the 60's because it features the word "Star" and was built around the moon landing in the middle of the space race.
