Splum is penguin meat (usually emperor penguin meat) served with pineapple, it is owned by Glutwell, a major compony. Glutwell has established a restaurant for splum in the arctic (making it the only resteraunt in the arctic circle) most like put there as a food sourse for the people who work at the secret military base(also owned by Glutwell) and also the natives, this makes sence because they can just harvest the emporer penguin meat there. And before someone says that penguins only live below the equator well Glutwell probably put the penguins there.

The phenomenon of having to come out as bisexual to the same person/people repeatedly because they assumed or hoped that your sexuality was a "phase." Refers less to the holiday and more to the 1993 Bill Murray comedy film in which the main character experiences the same day over and over.
"My visit home turned into Bisexual Groundhog Day. My mom acted shocked when I told her I'm going to Pride next week, so I had to come out to her as bisexual AGAIN."

A semi combonation of splooge and cum. It is a weak ejaculation do to physical status or poor sperm count. A weaker built person may splum verus a more in shape and heathy person who would climax normally.
