Splank Stancher is a humanoid being that reeked havoc among stupid people who couldnt defend themselves. He goes around in formal wear such as a tux. He also wears a unicorn head. If you see or hear him its best you get help and run. Only one person has ever heard him and survived. They say he sounds as if he were shouting "YAAAAEEEESSSS" before killing his targets. Dont look for him or it will be the last thing you do. Beware of him.
