A female (usually between the ages 14 and 25) who is so engorged with snottiness that she is an absolute bitch to talk to. Nothing you say to or ask of a Snotty Bitch can yield a positive response.
Regular Guy: "Hi, how are you?"
Snotty Bitch : "Ew, like, go away"
Regular Guy: "Wow, what a snotty fuckin' bitch.."
Snotty Bitch : "Ew, like, go away"
