Snack Before The Snack.. a.k.a SBTS is kind of a relation to the Jersey Shore "Shirt Before The Shirt" but in this case it's something you nibble(or snack ;) on, like while you are preparing a snack, or its in the microwave, someones making it for you..ext., and your really hungry you have a SBTS.
i'm so hungry and my Easy Mac&Cheese is taking forever to cook, well i guess i'm going to have my Snack Before The Snack, some raisins, yum.
