A Cigerette or a joint as in weed or hash. Also a person that walks with a limp or appears to have a rubber leg.
Sketty Leg- SKETTY LEG!!!!!!!...do you see how that guy's walkin...yea he definetly caught a sketty leg or appears to have a bad case of the sketty leg. "Hey..when you fire that sketty leg up...let me get a drag off that skag."
