a term used when something excites/arouses a person. Usually used by the 16/17 year old generation, and is a quite prominent phrase on a friday night round wigan for example
Dick:got a 3 crates of fosters for toneet before wigan
Harry: SIKK AS CHIPS LAD
Dick: ok.
Example 2:
TOm: Ya yer ma's fit lad, i would sit on her face and pedal her ears like a bike.
Harry: SIKK AS CHIPS LAD
Dick: please god no.
Harry: SIKK AS CHIPS LAD
Dick: ok.

An action which is known as generally sik, however, due to it being a non touchable item, it becomes Sikk-Ting.
