A counter-word to "shut up" or "shut the fuck up". But deep inside, you want the person to uninstall his/her intellect, if any.

Joe: Why don't you just shut up?!
Schmoe: And why don't you shut the fuck down?!

An alternative form to say "shut down". Especially, it can be used when shutting down the computer.

That's enough for surfing , I'm going bed.
"Shut the fuck down!!" (preferably with hardcore chorus vocals)
