The word sheg is usually used by Jamaicans to describe something being messed up or fucked up, disorderly.

Something, someone or a situation which is deemed unsatisfactory. London centric esp. North West London.
Example: "The interview was a complete sheg!". Derivatives; shegger, shegged shegging. "Don't chat to him he is a shegger, sorry I'm late I'm shegging, she shegged her driving test".
