He has the most amazing brown eyes I have ever seen and he has an amazing voice when he dose sing. He is a supernatural friend and an unmatchable significant other. He is deffinatly one of a kind but everyone loves him cause he is. He is one of the handsomest guys you"ll ever get the pleasure of laying eyes on.

A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.
