Commonly used as a sports acronym describing someone playing so hard or doing something with reckless abandon for there own well being, they have a high likleyhood of shitting there own pants or getting his intestines blown out of his abs (hernia). This could also be used a verb as in going shamfing on someone's face. Could replace the gay sounding "posterized" in basketball.
