Noun. Doing something incrediblely stupid, but managing to get away with it. For example, bringing a dildo into the student center and throwing it like a football, yet only getting a pink slip.
That kid was such a Shaffer! He just threw a dildo at the Professor, and the Professor apologized!

A last name of a person, who is a bad ass motha fuker. Usually the people with this name have brown/brunnet hair,most are asian, they are great athelets (best a soccer (and make jv freshman year)). Shaffer's are extremely smart, and most of all can't ever keep it in their pants.
