"The foundations of the band were laid in late 2002 but education slowed progress until late 2005. Vocalist Mikey then brought together the band, a five piece blend of youth and experience, through the wonders of the internet and Serpico was born as a live act that has begun to leave its mark on the UK gig circuit. A hypothesized scenario, where a really shitty part of town becomes a dumping ground for honest, enlightened cops(ie Serpico), who all the crooked, racist cops regard as a pain the ass. The result of having a precinct full of good, upstanding cops is that the area does a total 180, becoming a near Utopia, where different races get along, there are no drugs(except a little weed, here and there), and everybody is happy and friendly.
"Isn't MLK Boulevard a bad area?"

Not only is Serpico caring he is also a role model, a lot of people look up to him and even want to be him. Serpico is just full of good vibes but don’t cross him because he will violate you so beware. Serpico is awesome.
