It is when one goes out by themselves
to have some time to think, relax or do stupid shit. This is typically done when one does not feel like themselves or just after a stressful period in their life.
Usually one would splurge on themselves
by going to an expensive cafe or indulge in retail theraphy. But the more claming, scenic and less expensive option is to go
to a park with a book or a journal.
