Seagull Laugh

One of the Legendary annoying ass laughs, it sounds like a quiet, retarded seagull. Similar to the Donkey laugh, but this is way more annoying

Jeremy : So a horse walks into a bar, and the bartender says " Why the long face ? "

Tracey : *seagull laugh *
Jeremy : . .. o.o , yeah.. haha..
