A bar game whereby contestants rub Ice Cubes on their genitalia (usually ball sack, sex permitting) then tries to throw it in such a manor as it lands in the glass of another. Points are awarded (accumulatively) for:

1. The act of throwing the cube itself (1 point);

2. A successful delivery (2 points);

2. A successful delivery into the intended recipient's glass (2 points);

3. The recipient not noticing (3 points);

4. The person drinking, post act (5 points).

When some little bitchboy is acting like a little tiny pee pee poo poo baby and messing up the group plans.
