A troll who scrolls upward in IRC or an IM client to bring to bear something someone said at least an hour past.

A person that is connected to you on social media sites. They rarely if ever: comment on post. they do not hit the like, love, get angry or saddened button. They just troll your posts, scroll-trolls view your pictures, watch you videos, literally watch your every move laying in the cut as if dead.
