Salsa-Kompa is the Haitian style of the Salsa music, characterised by typical instruments:
Piano, bongos, congas, timbales, trumpet, trombone, claves, cowbell, maracas, güiro,
Jam block, double bass,
flute, bass guitar, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, saxophone, vibraphone, violin, tres, cuatro.
The only difference between the two genres is that the regular Salsa is sung in Spanish while Salsa-Kompa is sung by Haitian Kompa Singers in Haitian Creole.

When an old person makes homemade salsa from their vegetable garden, gives it to you as a gift.. but dies before you eat it.
Q. Do you have any space?
A. No, fresh out. I still have a jar of grandma's death salsa. But she died like... 2003 so now it looks more like queso.
