Was a term first used by the now dysfunctional crypto exchange 'btc-e' /'wex', to let users know that there assets are safe after the crypto exchange was taken down by law enforcement and came back under the new name 'wex'. It was probably a typo on twitter which immediately became famous in crypto slang. Where many young adults are obsessed with there time consuming hobbies to hold and feel rich by trading, holding and exchanging crypto tokens in a safe way.
