Verb- In the food service industry:the act of placing ones scrotum on a rack of baby back ribs shortly before cooking them for an unsuspecting customer.

That old guy said his soup was cold so it's time for the old sack-on-rack.

When a guy gets kicked, hit, or otherwise sustains pain to the groin area.

Sally kicked Jimmy in the balls. "That was a sack rack".
