SuVan is a couple hashtag created to represent Suman Tiwari and Shravan Malhotra in a love saga Ek Duke Ke Vaaste Season 2. Suman+Shravan=SuVan. The term became symbolic of true and everlasting love and a representation of a teenage love that persisted through ups and downs and sustained the test of time.
