This is an acronym for Sleepy Boys Inc. First created as a family/group name for youtuber/streamers Technoblade, Wilbur Soot, TommyInnit, and Ph1lzA, who are canonically a family in the Dream SMP, the name has carried over into other games when the same people play together.

It has now gone viral and has spread all the way from San Diego to San Francisco to New York City.
