Coined by the dyke punk band Rusty Curtains. Used to describe the following types of Vaginas:

1. Blood covered/coated. Usually because of menstruation.

2. A vagina that has not seen play in a while.

3. An old scary vagina, that you fear may give you tetanus.

During felatio, the felatee reaches across the back of the felator, inserts their middle finger into the felator’s anus and lifts them up, thereby suspending them in mid-air like a curtain hanging from a hook.
