Verb - when you have to void your bowels and stomach simultaneously, especially in the bathroom of an airplane or other confined quarters. Named because of the peculiar scrunched up look on the face of the Rumsfeld-ee, reminiscent of perpetual facial expression of the politician of the same name.
"Whoa, I thought I could cure my hangover with that breakfast sandwhich from the airport McDonalds but then i totally had to Rumsfeld mid flight"

Who pulled a Rumsfeld? Someone blasted a pile of burrito-looking stuff on the tray and instead of cleaning it he put it on top and left it for someone else to clean.
