In this example Person 1 is trying to tell a cool story to his friend, Person 2, but Person 2 doesn't feel like listening to him, so he randomly calls him a "Rotev". Person 1 obviously does not want to be a Rotev, so he doesn't continue his story.
Person 1: "So yesterday I went to the mall and I suddenly saw this HUGE--"
Person 2: "--Hey hey hey, no Rotev"
Person 1: "Okay... so I was trying to say that I saw this huge-"
Person 2: "No Ro - tev!".
Person 1: "Never mind...".
