A cool name or nick-name given to a certain breed of male. Opposite of the meaning "rookie" for short or using it to describe someone that's easily scammed like the bozos and police use. A rook in chess is actually the second strongest piece on a chessboard only bowing down to the queen. It's more useful than the knight and bishop and two rooks are actually worth more than a queen.
