An individual who is largely obsessed with the fantasy series 'The Lord of the Rings'. This occurs to such an extent that they collect every piece of memorabilia they can find, know Tolkien's work inside and out, openly quote the books and films to everyone and anyone, fiercely defend the books and films; and band together in groups to debate the intricacies and happenings of "Middle-earth". Some call it healthy fun, others refer to it as downright fanboyism.
