Richard Simmons Gay is an adjective used to describe something that is horribly, flamingly gay. Like a guy wearing leather chaps with his bare ass hanging out.
This phrase is not meant to be homophobic, so it should only be used to describe something that really is blatantly homosexual in nature, like Richard Simmons.

When ordering from In N Out Burger you may ask for a " Richard Simmons with a Shaved Back " , and receive a special ordered cheeseburger with fries on it. Asking for this animal style will also make it animal style, and asking for a " Double Richard Simmons with a Shaved Back " it will be a Double-Double cooked to these standards.
