Someone who does not believe that wearing a mask on their face is not needed for a virus and takes more precautions from getting a virus. Any guidelines from the information they have received is not enough and additional precautions are used in conjunction to wearing a face mask.
I saw a Rat Sucker today and while they were swimming in the water, they were also wearing a plastic face shield in addition to their face mask.
